1. About Lytic
Lytic ("the Service", "we", "us") is an analytical software service for sports betting research, record-keeping, and decision support.
The Service is operated by a Swedish sole proprietorship. Mandatory trader details used for billing, tax, and lawful notices are maintained in our business records and appear on invoices and other transaction documents where required by law.
Contact: hello@lytic.bet.
Lytic is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, casino, wallet, gambling operator, payment intermediary, or financial advisory service. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, settle bets, or pay out winnings.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended only for persons who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that use of the Service is lawful where you live.
You are responsible for checking whether use of Lytic and any related betting activity is permitted under your local laws and regulations.
3. Description of the Service
Lytic provides software tools for:
- Odds analysis and identification of positive expected value edges
- Kelly Criterion-based stake sizing calculations
- Closing Line Value tracking
- Mathematical arbitrage identification
- Statistical simulation and risk analysis
- Logging and analysis of your betting history
All analytical tools are based on models, assumptions, and third-party data sources. They are approximations of reality and cannot guarantee actual outcomes.
4. No Guarantees
Lytic does not guarantee winnings, profitability, or positive returns. All EV estimates, Kelly recommendations, CLV measurements, and arbitrage identifications are analytical estimates based on information available at the time of calculation.
Odds move, markets change, bookmakers may limit or close accounts, and probability estimates may be wrong. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Sports betting always carries the risk of financial loss. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lytic is not liable for financial losses, direct or indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. This includes losses arising from:
- Betting decisions based on Lytic analyses
- Technical failures, outages, delays, or data errors
- Inaccurate odds, incomplete data, or incorrect probability estimates
- Bookmakers restricting, limiting, or closing user accounts
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Lytic's total liability to any individual user is limited to the subscription fees paid by that user for the Service during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Subscriptions, Payment and Refunds
Lytic offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. If you choose a paid plan after the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month or year, depending on the plan selected, until you cancel through your account settings or any other cancellation path we make available.
Right of withdrawal: Because Lytic is a digital service made available immediately after payment, we request express consent during checkout for immediate access to begin at once. Where applicable law permits, that consent may affect your statutory withdrawal rights once delivery has started. Your consent is collected during checkout and stored with the transaction record.
Refund policy: Voluntary refunds are generally not offered once a paid subscription has been activated and access has begun. However, we will correct genuine billing or delivery failures, including cases such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by technical error
- Incorrect billing after a properly completed cancellation
- Material failure of delivery caused by issues on our side
- Extended service outage attributable to us
- Cases where mandatory law requires a refund or equivalent remedy
In appropriate cases we may provide a reversal, account credit, plan extension, downgrade, pause, or other commercially reasonable remedy instead of a cash refund.
Refunds are not offered for losing bets, dissatisfaction after meaningful access has begun, reduced usage, signals not performing as hoped, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or changes in bookmaker restrictions.
For billing support, contact hello@lytic.bet with your account email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Responsible Gambling
We encourage responsible gambling. If you experience gambling-related problems, please visit BeGambleAware.org for free, confidential support. Additional resources include GamblingTherapy.org and GamCare.org.uk.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-product notice, or other reasonable means before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
9. CLV Assurance (Annual Plans)
Annual Pro and Max subscribers who record fewer than 50 settled scanner-sourced bets in a 12-month subscription period may be eligible for a free 6-month extension under the following conditions:
- The subscription must be an annual plan (Pro Annual or Max Annual).
- At least 50 bets must be marked as settled (won or lost) in Lytic and must be based on signals identified by Lytic's scanner, not manually entered external bets.
- The average CLV across those 50 or more bets must be negative, meaning you consistently received worse odds than the closing market price.
- CLV eligibility depends on bets being logged before the market closes and on closing odds being successfully captured by the Service.
- The extension applies only to the same plan tier and cannot be converted to cash, transferable credit, or a different plan.
- Lytic may verify eligibility before granting the extension. Claims must be requested within 30 days of plan expiry at hello@lytic.bet.
This assurance is a process-quality assurance, not a profit guarantee. Positive CLV can still coincide with short-term losses due to variance.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance where that forum is lawful.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA member state, you retain any rights provided by mandatory consumer protection law, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where applicable.
